The employees were fantastic from the moment we were checking in, and even the next day when we checked out, this was our second time staying at this location and as long as they keep up the good work we will be returning next November for wine walk/ light up night. The waffles at breakfast were fantastic, and the water was hot with plenty of pressure in the shower.

We really like the property. The service was above and beyond excellent. The room was really clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The mattress maybe could use an update. But overall we were really surprised and really happy with our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Franklin. Love the town. Love the hotel. Love the staff.
