Awful
We had a hard time contacting the property when we wanted to inquire for an early check-in and when we have an issue with our actual check-in. Number listed always cannot be reached. Had an awful start since the unit coordinator took so long to accomodate us for our check-in. Only to find out that the unit was not cleaned yet and the beddings and trash from the previous stay was still there. Unit coordinator/owner took a lot of time to properly coordinate with the people who should be cleaning the unit which resulted to our plans for that day to be cancelled/adjusted. Too much of a hassle. Unit is fairly maintained but can be improved since ceiling fan and lights doesn't work. Some areas of the flooring appears to fall in and might cause incidents if one is not careful. Problems with the hot shower also encountered. It is important for owner/s of properties like this to properly maintain their units or to just remove the availability of poorly maintained ones to avoid inconvenience.

I rented the hotel for my Fiancée. She said the communication was good, and everything in and around the hotel was very good. There were only 2 small/medium problems. 1. The internet kept cutting out, which made communication with my Fiancée during her stay extremely difficult. 2. The hot water was also finnicky and she couldn't get it to stay warm. Apart from this, everything I heard about the stay was fantastic! Hopefully soon the owner can get some of the minor problems fixed, as I was considering this as a stay for our honeymoon later this year, but now am not completely sure it is the best fit.

Our entry door and elevator didn't work at all. The water heater barely worked. Warm showers is not for me. Shower heads were filthy. Molds in the bathroom. Hardwood floors were scratched up and dirty. Toilet provision has half a roll for two days! Really! Linens and towels were clean but worn out. Door had broken door chain lock. Seat has a broken leg. No wifi code provided although I doubt if it even worked. Didnt try the TV. I had to look for a different hotel for our booking on the 1st. Cancelled that at Expedia and expecting a full refund. Please don't give me that cancellation penalty. You should penalize this host for not maintening her unit and make us bear with it. We wanted a vacation not something to complain about and work with. The unit has a lot of potential but the host apparently ran down the place by not personally checking what is necessary to keep the unit in tip top condition. I've booked a lot at Expedia. If only I was able to book another hotel early yesterday, I would have vacated it too. Me and my wife had to frustratingly make the best of one of the worst stay. Sorry but you guys need to also verify your host's claims about their units for rent. So, in the end, I booked with you guys and your partly to blame. Their failure to provide good service is Expedia's failure to provide a promised service. I said my side, it's up to you what you'll do. I still have a lot more upcoming bookings and it is my hope that this is the last time you hear me vent.

Accommodations were adequate. The customer service was poor since our handler was a dental technition who was working at her dental job. That was not a good fit for me. Our key did not work for the elevator we were told that it had not yet been updated, another inconvenience since we had to interrupt the security guards each time we entered the building to use the elevator just not the greatest customer service. The dental technician had to stop her job to take care of our request for service and she did that efficiently considering her dual jobs.

Disappointed
At check in was immediately given the run around about the wifi, 2 hours later had access. Not 1 english speaking channel on the small tv. No A/C. The room was hot and smelled like a diaper pail. I would never stay here again.
