We really loved the hotel and area. During our stay, there were great problems with the elevators, stranding us and many other guests on the upper floors with no option but to take the emergency stairs. They did occasionally open up the service elevator to get people back to their rooms. This was resolved by the last day of our stay, gratefully, and the staff were abundantly apologetic. If this can be addressed, we look forward to stays there in the future.
