Fantastic views

Initial room was noisy but they switched it for me to a lovely quiet room. Bed was wonderfully comfortable. Rooftop bar view is spectacular. It is a bit of a walk to the city center and or the waterfront area.

Great location and views

Comfortable enough, friendly and helpful staff ,but clearly not enough of them. We expect hotel rooms and bathrooms to be cleaned on a daily basis, didn’t happen once . Would also have been nice if the bins had been emptied every day. Dusty when we arrived, corridors not hoovered properly either during our five days stay. Comfy beds, great location and amazing views.

Value for money

Room is modern and spacious with comfortable beds but they didnt have any double beds available (even with advance requests). There's a rooftop bar, but its small and crowded. The indoor pool, sauna & gym is a little outdated. Hotel is located on the edge of the cbd, so its quiet about 15 min to the heart of cbd. Theres a great restaurant around the corner and the airport bus at the hotel door step. Hotel guest will receive a discount on the airports bus by showing hotel check out receipt. Its approx 30 min walk from central station.

The hotel room seems old. I got an upgrade due to my Radisson membership - now I am scared to see what the room quality below my upgraded room would be. Very small room, OLD carpet, SOFT bed.

Simply couldn't fault 🤔

Every so often, when the stars align, everything falls in to place. My first visit to Norway (Oslo) and the sun was breaking all records apparently. The hotel reception staff were friendly, efficient and professional. The room was excellent (though we subsequently had an issue with the Samsung TV), clean and well maintained. The views were great. Breakfast - well that was lush. The staff were brilliant. The food was amazing and the choices were outstanding. We walked from the train station to the hotel, only a 25 min amble. Area was clean and seemed safe. No excess noise.

Fint opphold! Bra mat. Eneste problemet var folk som snek seg inn på bassenget og lagde bråk. Ellers var det ofte tomt for ting; vann, boblevann, sjampo etc.

Bra og hyggelig betjening, fikk gratis oppgradering av rom da det ikke var rom som vi hadde bestilt. Svært varmt på rom 2122, ventilasjon fungerte ikke ordentlig, sov dårlig pga dette samt at avløpsrøret til vasken på badet hadde løsnet så bade gulvet ble full av vann når vasken ble brukt. Fikset av oss.
