Absolutely love the 2 ladies at the front desk. They were professional and kind. We stayed in the back side of the hotel so we didn't have much noise. There are no elevators, so carrying large luggage is annoying. Perfect location, 2 doors away from the famous temple bar

Great location!! Very accessible from the airport! The bed was super comfortable, the room was very cute and it was nice to finally stay in a hotel that provided more than one towel for my stay! However - it is so noisy outside at night (mostly drunk people screaming at the top of their lungs at each other on the street) that the windows should probably be double glazed. Also, the tv didn’t work and my bathroom fan was constantly on?

Generally perfect for what I needed. The staff were fab - very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and all the amenities I needed. There’s no elevator, so just be prepared for the stairs to the rooms (not a major, just be prepared if you have large/heavy suitcases!)

Rooms are so small! It was a challenge for two ppl. Bathrooms are dark, no power outlet and no place to put anything. Shower is good but small too. No ice, no bar fridge. I know we are in Dublin and don’t spend too much time in the room but it would be nice to have a drink in your room and have a place to sit other than the bed.

We were only there for 1 night before returning home from our week touring Ireland. The location is great for a night out, so many places to eat and drink. The room was perfect for 1 night. The room we were in was very clean with 2 double beds. The bathroom in our room was beautiful. There was a kettle to heat water and mugs,coffee,tea, sugar etc provided. The room was small but suited our needs. They may have larger rooms but for 1 night it was not necessary for us.

Great Front Desk Staff
The front desk staff were awesome and worthy of praise for handling my requests so quickly. The only thing that the lovely ladies at front desk had no control over….there are no closets or hooks to hang jackets, etc.
