Room was a decent size, but AC didn't seem to work properly and the fan in the room was broken. It wasn't unbearable but too noisy to open window and I imagine it would have been a nightmare earlier in the year. The shower was weirdly almost horizontal but worked ok. Bed was comfy enough. Quite a few TV channels didn't work. Top tip - book breakfast at the restaurant if dining alone as it's cheaper than booking online. Convenient for the station.

Great location being so close to the train station. I was concerned about being on the lowest floor with noise from outside but heard absolutely nothing. I was in a corridor with only 3 other rooms which was great for me being with my toddler as there was less foot traffic outside the room and due to the layout I didn’t have to be as concerned about her being noisy. Complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste at reception were a lifesaver. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. All staff were really friendly and helpful, made me feel very at ease on my first solo trip with my daughter. Lovely touches with water, coke, kitkat and crisps provided. Amazing large shower, super powerful and really nice toiletries. Haven’t stopped in a holiday inn for a long time and I will defini Be back.
