I appreciated early check in as we had arrived before 3pm. However the lady at the reception was a tad rude. She called me up when i was waiting to be served and as soon as i started explaining she just spoke over me and asked me to wait for one of the 2 other colleagues who were on reception

Ideal for access to airport
The stay at the hotel was good, easy check in and out. Lay out of hotel and room was good. Restaurant and bar had plenty of room and was clean. Breakfast option: plenty of choice with cooked items included. The only issue we had was our air conditioning unit was leaking so we had to turn it off but it continued to drip all night. At midnight i wasnt asking for it to be repaired whilst my son was sleeping. Informed reception in the morning for them to be aware and they offered me compensation which was greatfully accepted. Was impressed with that as i didn't want someone else having the same issue. Would stay here again as close to airport and there was plenty of parking available.
