Stayed for 2 nights. It was comfortable. The facilities were working fine. Good A/C, Heater. Room service was very good. The equipments' maintenance could be improved.

Overall the hotel is a good choice for a trip given its location. The rooms are comfortable, just a couple of minor issues leaking health faucet in the loo and the mention of a round the clock menu when te restaurant shuts at 1030 pm

This hotel has lovely friendly staff. The room was a good size. The hotel seems to be under redecoration and this may have affected our experience, but the floor of the room in particular, had clearly not been cleaned for a while as it was extremely dusty. The shower was excellent and the hot water was plentiful. The room faces a busy street and there was no sound-proofing. The noise was the same whether the window was open or shut. Despite my reservations the hotel still offered reasonable value for money.

Location of the property is good. Very close to all. Washroom smells. The toilet location is so weird. When you sit your legs does not touch the floor. You feel like comet going to break and fall down. I travel a lot but I never seen one. I should have taken a picture. Made a mistake. The bed covers are not clean. It was itchy all over the body. Floor is dirty and the carpet inside the room. In front of the elevator there was 5 beds were lying down. Not able to access our floor.

Good hotel to stay
The hotel is very convenient as it just 100 or 200 meters from railway station platform. Not much of train noise but on the day of stay due to ayudhapooja music started blaring from 5 am - hotel staff courteous and good - nice and clean rooms - would recommend for family
