Great location and a better rate than most of the equivalent hotel chains. I've stayed at two Z Hotels (Old Street and Liverpool) and can recommend both. The rooms are on the smaller side but clean and comfortable and well equipped. The bar and food choices are more than enough especially in the middle of cities where there are loads of local bars, coffee shops and restaurants. The 24/7 service is great. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay here again when in London.

I had a really good night's sleep at Z Hotel Shoreditch. The bed was comfortable, the room's air-conditioning ensured I was warm, and the shower was excellent. The room is compact but clean, fantastic for a solo traveller. It might be a bit of a squeeze for two people, but for one, it was ideal. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, and the fact that it started at 6:30 am on a Sunday was a real bonus — something I’ve rarely experienced in my travels! The coffee was good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, a very comfortable stay with everything I needed. I’d happily stay again.

I had a decent stay there. Everyone in the staff was extremely very, very friendly and helpful. The hotel hallways carpet are dated. There's very stained. My room was not what I was expecting but you know based on a booking I guess you don't know to see decent size. I just wish it had one chair that I could sit on comfortably and not have to lay in the bed while I'm doing work. Excellent location where it was near restaurants, entertainment, even a grocery store

This hotel does exactly what it claims to do. It’s good value, no frills and centrally located. Our rooms were in the basement and had no windows. It was a little claustrophobic, but I was so jet lagged I didn’t think about that too much. The room is a little bleak, but clean and fairly modern. There’s a good shower, and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in for a very long time. The hallways are a little grim (the paint, the carpet, the lighting etc) and smelt of sewage on the morning of departure - however this could have been a guest that did it. Overall, good value - if you can get your head around the basement rooms with no windows.
