Great hotel Went with wife to see concert. Capital one arena maybe 10 min away. Great staff. Had to pay valet $60 since parking is far away. I would stay again

All the staff were terrific. Room was comfortable. Quiet. Nice beds. Great place

Not impressed
The hotel front desk seemed understaffed, and as a result there were long waits. If you boom through expedia you do get treated like second class citizen even if you are gold with hilton and both. I will try to stay at marriot properties because they still give us gold perks even if booming through expedia or vip properties. The hotel is in a superb location.

Pillows sucked.
The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly. The only issue we had was that they only gave us three pillows for two ppl. The pillows were small and flat. Nice hotel but they really need to get nicer pillows!

Great Location for K Street & White House
The front Desk Check In Folk the Hispanic & African could be a little bit more Courteous to all Guests Alike & not Confrontational. When I got there my booking was not found by the Hspanic Rep. In a blunt manner he said I was not booked & if I had a CF number. I handed him my phone he did not find it in the system handed it to the next African rep who tells me I should not book with 3rd parties. They greeted all the other guest behind me with great enthusiasm. Handed them brown bags with water bottles. Finally the room situation was resolved the Rep had to rebuild the Reservation in his system. Then he puts us up in a Queen room when we booked a King. When we got in the room we had to call down again and then a lady took care of it and sent the Bell hop with the Keys to the new room

Downtown madness
The hotel and room was very clean and customer service was excellent. I didn't like that the pillows were flat and the room wasnt all great for the price I paid. Room needs an upgrade and up to date amenities. Valet was super expensive! $60.00 a night and no parking garage so you have to find parking around town. I give it a 4 star for cleanliness and customer service only. I will not stay here for the price I paid again.

Good but not great
Took almost an hour to get our car from valet parking -- apparently they had one person doing it for the entire hotel. It's an excellent hotel overall, but grim looking -- like a bauhaus -- and has not joie de vivre

Left a good impression
We were there as a staff team-building weekend. The hotel is in a great location. The staff was helpful & pleasant. Our rooms & common areas were comfortable & clean, if not a little dated. The costs of the rooms were also reasonable. I would stay there again for sure.
