2-night trip

10/10

Great place to stay on a budget. Our room was large for a London hotel and on a quiet side street. The front desk staff was not overly friendly, but efficient. I would stay there again.

8/10

I really liked the location. I was very convenient to Victoria Station. The hotel is a good choice if you aren't looking for something fancy or you're on a budget. I went to London with my two daughters. We had a triple room which was surprising large. The bathroom was a good size and updated.

8/10

This hotel was very nicely located near Victoria station. It was only a short walk with luggage after getting off in Victoria from the Gatwick Express, which was appreciated after a long flight. The rooms were clean and actually fairly large (except for the bathroom) for London. The lobby had a small bar/ lounge area for relaxing in the evening. My only complaints would have to be that the beds were VERY uncomfortable (springs poking you all night), and that the staff seemed to know very little about the surrounding area, restaurants, etc. Would probably stay here again only for the convenience of location.

8/10

The hotel was very much as described on the Hotels.com website. My room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Victoria Station is not far away and it's a reasonable walk to Buckingham Palace. The inconvenience was that to get to and from my room had to go up and down several small sets of stairs which is inconvenient with luggage, but probably to be expected in a European hotel.

8/10

Sauberes Zimmer, ordentliches Bad, täglich neue Handtücher, Klimaanlage, Gepäckverwahrung am An- und Abreisetag, Instant-Kaffee inbegriffen, TV-Programmauswahl eher mau, Pay-TV (auch Adult) und Videospiele möglich, gute Lage nahe Victoria Station, 3-Bett-Zimmer

4/10

The hotel is very close to Vitoria Station and it is very convenient for us to use all the public transportation. We chose this hetel for its location, air condition, and elevator. We were not disappointed about these three aspects. The staff was also very friendly. However I really hate the bathrooms. We stayed in two different rooms during the 3 day stay. Both bathrooms had the same unpleasant smell. The toilets did not flush well. The hot and cold water came out from the faucets as two separate streams. The hot water which is not mixted with the cold water when it reaches your hand can really scorch your skin.

8/10

Excellent hotel for the price. Very close to Victoria Station and theaters for Wicked and Billy Elliott shows!!! Recommend highly.

4/10

Was pretty good hotel. Looks kinda shady from the outside. But once your in it wasn't to bad. Everyone was pretty nice and helpful. I would stay there again. It was on the quieter side of London. So i liked that. Was really close to the tube station which was nice as well.

8/10

Staff did not seem overly friendly / helpful. Only given one room keycard upon checkin. When my wife needed to get into room when I was not present, desk clerk made it appear as though she was being inconvenienced to leave the front desk to let her into room, since that was the only way she could have gotten into the room since I had the only room keycard. On another occassion, clerk did not want to commit himself to recommending sights or seem to know much about them - even though they were within walking distance. One main attraction is Buckingham Palace (a 10 minute walk from hotel) and they had no information or brochures in their rack in the lobby.

10/10

I have been to London many times and I will now only be staying at the Quality Westminster! The location is perfect it is close to Victoria Station and many shops and resturants yet it is on a nice quite street.

4/10

2/10

Super Lage direkt hinter der Victoria Station. Saubere Zimmer, netter Zimmer Service gutes Frühstück :)

4/10

Not necesarily my best stay. Very average service and room. Too basic for other comparisons. Clean and with working AC, but other than that, I would rather risk it and try another place before I would go back here.

10/10

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel--great location--close and easy walk to Victoria Station. Our rooom was clean but the towels were ratty--fraying around the edges and were pretty thin and cheap. Attention to detail is what distinguishes an average hotel from a great one.

8/10

Hotel was every thing we expected. Double bed and twin so decent sized room. Location was excellent. Close to Victoria Station, Buckingham Palace, London Eye, Westminster Abby etc. etc. Teenage daughter (16) loved London also! Only negative was the bomb threats while we were there, but London is used to the IRA etc so they just carry on. We felt very safe...lots of police everywhere.

8/10

Rooms comfy and clean, although they have a small lift and some rooms still have stairs to reach them even if you use the lift to get to your floor. The hotel is very close (we averaged the walk between 5-10 mins)to Victoria both the rail station and coach station. Would stay again and would recommend to others.

10/10

I stayed here one night prior to going to Brighton. Very close to Victoria tube, rail and coach station. Staff very helpful, allowed early check-in due to very early flight arrival. Only downside was that internet access was VERY expensive. 5 pounds for an hour of access - needs to be cheaper. I would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travellers.

8/10

We (my 16 year-old son and 13 year-old daughter) spent a week in June here. The location was a couple of blocks away from Victoria Station, which was the starting point for several of the day tours we had booked. We had a family room (had booked 3 twin beds, but got one double bed and one twin) which was good sized. We had continental breakfast in the hotel restaurant (cereal, fruit, yogurt, toast, croissants, juice). There were two PCs in the lobby for internet access. We brought our laptop, which was useful for downloading the digital camera pics. There is a shopping mall/food court inside Victoria Station with a pizza/salad bar; bagel place and McDonald's among others. The hotel staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and the location was a great starting point for travel around London (and beyond). We would stay here again!

4/10

The staff was very cold and made no attempt to be friendly or accomodating. I was very surprised that after we'd stayed there a week the concierge acted like it was our first time in every time we came back to the hotel! The rooms were TIMY and stuffy, and the beds were terribly uncomfortable with blankets that barely covered the top of the mattress. Restaurant prices were outrageous. Just overall an awful place. The only good thing was the location, close to Victoria Station. There are several other, much nicer hotels in London for about the same price, so QW not a good value, either. Don't go there.

8/10

Being our first trip to London we had to guess where would be a good place to stay. This was a good guess. Hotel rooms very small but clean & tidy. Heaps of cafes and restuarants in the nearby streets. Victoria station round the corner. Catch the tube or a bus from here to wherever you want. City tours, country coach tours are all available from here. Walking distance to many attractions makes this a great choice.
