The price from hotel.com compared to what the hotel charges you is wrong. Price was way too much out of the budget, but ended up not having a choice but to pay it.

Disappointed
The bathroom was extremely small with no counter space and very small shower. Had to pay $52 per day for valet parking only to wait 45 minutes for my vehicle(hidden feature). Breakfast was $22 for a disgusting meal (cold food and stale pastries). The bell hops were very nice!

NEVER Again
I might could’ve looked past the subpar mattress and the bathroom that was so tiny you could hardly turn around in it, but I cannot and will not look past the fact that the valet destroyed my wheel and no one from the hotel nor the valet service will call me back or take any accountability. Every dime I saved staying at the Doubletree instead of the Ritz down the street where I normally stay will now be spent replacing my wheel. Never again, You clearly pay for what you get.
