In general, it was a pleasant stay. Awesome staff. Friendly and helpful. Special recognition to Enric from the restaurant. He provided a terrific service. The buffet breakfast is overpriced. Excellent location. Bed and pillows were perfect.

Breakfast was very good. The room was clean, bright and spacious, comfortable beds. Great location, close to lots of shops and cafes. The only thing That I didn’t like was the outside noise. My room was on E floor facing the street on the lowest level above the lobby and you could hear everything from the outside.

There was a smell of sewage in the room. The water and coffee in the room was not fully refilled daily. On the last day the running belt was not working. The bathtub could not be used because the plug was not tight. Not a good 5-star experience.
