It is a nice motel, clean rooms, was on the 1st floor wish they didn't seal the door to the outside, we had a service dog and had to walk long distance for him to go outside, otherwise staff was nice

BEST CHEAP HOTEL IN MESA
To be honest, one of the best cheap hotels i have stayed at. Been staying at hotels till my apartment is ready and this hotel is the best I have stayed. The staff was great! Chrystal helped me a few times regarding my room registration! She was awesome! The customer service was outstanding so the staff deserves a A+

We were in our room less than 12 hours, as we were just sleeping there. But the fan for the heater/ac didn’t work so the room was cold. The tv didn’t turn on. There was no hot water. Only one cup for coffee when there were two of us. Just one keycard worked. The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. But that’s about it.
