Staff was very friendly
Staff was very friendly and personable. Beds were comfortable. Recommend doing the online check in to speed up the process. The room seemed not fully cleaned and restocked from the last (ie glasses left outside the room, no bags for the garbage) Opted for the no room service option and was never bothered. Did checkout from the room tv and it was very simple. Close to the airport which I consider a pro and a con. If you are a light sleeper there is a lot of airplane noise at all hours. Great location for exploring the strip and other fun hotel/casinos right across the street on an overpass walking bridge. Had several good meals and drinks on site.

Suite upgrade does'nt mean a separate lounge room
MGM reached out to offer an upgrade to Queen Suite for $100/night with sitting with separate TV - Don't assume it is a separate room - in same room with the 2 Queen beds so no way 2 guests watch TV on 2 separate TVs! that is annoying as hell to try to watch one thing and hear the other 12 feet away. Else it was fine but for the price I should have look at other hotels - convenience to Conference center is the plus.

Room smelled like cat pee or mold. I used the closet and my clothes smelled like mold. The elevator shut down and took a bit to start back up. This happened to me and then i was told by another the same elevator shut down on them as well. Not recommending to stay here

The wing of the hotel looked like it hadn’t been remodeled in 40 years. It’s disgusting and shameful that MGM thinks it to offer rooms in this 1980s condition. They need to invest money into refurbishing this property. The entire casino and main floor looked dingy and beat up

Great hotel on a budget
Its a great inexpensive hotel for a family trip. some of the rooms are insanely far from the elevators and the hotel is massive and sometimes difficult to find your way. Great benefit is having the tram at the hotel which is great for making your way down the strip faster. Overall its a nice hotel but could use some updates to the rooms. The rooms were comfortable but very dark with no actual lights other than lamps which is a pain to walk around and turn them all on. I did hear they were starting a renovation one floor at a time so hopefully that gets done.

Minibar not stocked, awoke to construction early morning without any notice, you have to request room service but we were not told that. Room service was great and those working the taxi line.

What the actual heck???
We were awakend at 4:15 AM. By construction crews right above our room. Pounding and hammering, scraping, etc. We called the front desk and were told they could do nothing about it. That morning we were given a new room, same size but no view. Very disappointed!

Room had a water leak that damaged by felt hat and soaked all our clothes in the closet. MGM gave us 100$ flaring credit. Her costs $500 and we had to buy 1 set of clothes each. Also the buffet was very over priced. Fake eggs, limited options, expensive…
