Very nice hotel. All the amenities, good location, professional staff. Price runs a little high for everything: room rates, breakfast, and parking. In the morning, stopped at the convenient Market on the 2nd floor for coffee and Muffins.

Horrible Experience
I reached the hotel with my 89 year old mother at 7pm. When I gave my nane at the front desk I was told that there are no rooms available for us. I showed the booking details to the front desk but they continued to say there arevno room s available. After a long wait I was given keys to a room.When we opened the door the room was already occupied. We were stunned that this hotel gave us keys to a room thatcwas occupied by another guest. Once again the front desk didn't even have the decency to apologize for their mistake. I was given keys to another room at 8 pm. By this time my mother was exaysted after a long trip followed by an unexpected disappointing long wait. This hotel has always been my go to place in Baltimore but this experience was stressful and tiring .
