Great location. Great service. Great value.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was excellent and just what you would expect for the price. The location was easy to find and within walking distance to the sports stadiums. The woman that was working the desk at check in was super friendly and polite and made me feel welcome. There was a parking garage right behind the hotel that was only like $20 to park which was cheaper and quicker than the valet parking at the hotel. The only issue I had was that the elevators were so slow that it was creating a logjam in the lobby as people attempted to limit capacity in the elevators for COVID purposes. That was just a minor inconvenience though and didn't really effect my view of the hotel.

Overall the stay was great! The only complaints I have are that the mini fridge was more like a chiller for beverages. It didn’t keep perishables, like leftover food, at a cold enough temperature for later consumption. The pool was small and shallow- 3’6” depth from one end to the other. Also the hallways on our floor was a little unkept. A broken mini fridge in the hall, some trash on the floors. Our room was very clean, however, so this wasn’t a huge issue. The customer service was great and the beds were comfy. It was advised to park in the “Radish lot” online, but we weren’t able to find that particular lot. Instead we parked in a nearby garage that was a short walk to the hotel. It is paid parking, so try not to leave and come back once you check in.

Poor room temperature
We had to move rooms on our first night due to the air conditioning now working properly in our room. We were moved to a room right next door and the on the third day of our stay, the air in that room stopped working properly. Temp was set at 60 degrees, but the room never cooled below 72 degrees. Since we were leaving the next day, we didn't inform guest services because we didn't want the hassle of moving rooms again, but our last night was not comfortable at all.

Slightly disappointed
Room was decent but there was broken glass on the table that I had to clean up, so I’m not sure if housekeeping just did minimal clean. The morning we were to check out, there was a leak in the sink which left standing water on the bathroom floor. Called service desk and they said they would send someone up immediately. It didn’t happen and so we left not being able to shower or enjoy the morning because we were stressed about the leak. The hairdryer was missing from the room so I had to ask for that the first morning we were there and there was the beginnings of mold in the shower. Location was good because we were within walking distance of the baseball stadium. Restaurant downstairs had good food and staff was nice.

Off site parking paid $21. Paid extra to stay on a higher floor. 19th my friends didn’t pay extra and was in the 21. Didn’t have bath towels, just hand towels for showering. Sheets were clean but stained. No food service for late night. Only vending. Restaurant was hour wait. Coffee shop was hardly open and not much selection. But! The women who checked me in was great!

I made a reservation for 2 queen high floor river view They said they didn't have 2 queens Gave us 1 queen for me me dad and daughter. Talked them into 1 king. Bc that is unacceptable No one has tried to make this better. Excuse after excuse after excuse. Bot one person was helpful or even polite Its the seinfeld episode. I know how to take a reservation. I don't think you do!!! I have stayed at this hotel everytime i visit Cincinnati. And i never will again

Called downstairs 3 times over a hr and a half for someone to look at the air setting. It stayed 74-76 in the room. Once it went down to 70 after the maintainer guy left and then it went back up. Front desk said a manager would email us but we haven’t received anything yet. Thought a small discount would be give. But it wasn’t offered.
