Excellent location with close proximity to major subway lines and attractions. Easy walk to Central Park, Times Square, Hell's Kitchen, Rockefeller Center. Staff was very helpful. The room we stayed in was in major need of updating and general sprucing up. Smaller than rooms I've stayed in at Hilton Midtown but much bigger than others in the area. It is a conference hotel, so the lobby is BUSY much of the time. With that said, the room felt clean, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel was quiet enough to sleep well at night.

This hotel is so big the staff can't really follow. There are too many people for the small crew, and they're not friendly at all. Neither the staff at the front desk, the restaurant/cafe or anything. All of them are not friendly. The room is OLD and dark, but the facilities are ok. The shower was super old too.
