This is a very busy hotel, most times there's a long line just to check in but the receptionists are pretty efficient. The rooms are clean, bathroom is clean. It's close to everything in NYC, Time Square is just a few blocks walk. It's close enough to walk but it's far enough so you can have a peaceful and quiet night.

Very busy hotel. I did get a great deal on 3 rooms for a group of 10. On the plus side the front desk was super nice and allowed us in our rooms at 2 pm even though check in is at 4 pm. On the negative side one of the rooms was not fully cleaned- beds were made but there was only one towel which appeared used in the bathroom

The hotel was very clean, staff was exceptionally attentive, the beds were incredible, and the location cannot be beat. We took the subway from JFK and the stop is right at the corner where the hotel was. We walked to Times Square and theaters and the Empire State Building, and took the bus and train to get to other places - it was so easy from the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again. The elevators are a little bit of a pain and can be slow, but most of the time they were not a problem. Just leave a little extra time if you’re on a schedule.

Long check in process. Line went out the door. Stood in line for over an hour. Very Convienent location, close to everything and subway located across the street. Cleanliness was 6/10. Room could have been cleaned better (fingerprints on windows/ dirty fake eye lash strips in bathroom and bottom of bedskirt was brown (sheets were white)). Not terrible overall for a one night stay in Times Square. The staff in the lobby were very nice and accommodating.
