Staff were friendly, and the room was clean. The bar at the pool was a bit of a bonus.

Lousy Parking
The parking was terrible. We have a large vehicle and it was very stressful trying to maneuver around. The room was clean and well laid out, though the sound proofing between rooms was more like what I would expect at a Super 8 than a Sheraton. The pool and waterslide were very enjoyable.

4/10 Fair

The parking is dangerous. It it down a back alley behind the building. My large vehicle would not fit underground. I was forced to walk alone in the dark late at night through a dark alley in downtown Saskatoon. I did not feel safe at all

Hallway/elevator noise - brutal sleep
Love this hotel. Central clean and friendly but this time we had the room across from the elevators on the second floor. It was unbearably noisey with all the folks heading to the pool. I should have changed rooms. Room 208 should be extremely discounted or changed to the towel room. Didnt sleep a wink. Uugghh

Disappointing
Overall our stay this time was sub par. We’ve been enjoying the Sheraton in Saskatoon for many many years. This last visit was disappointing, our room smelled like vomit when we got in, the window was left open to air it out. I searched around the room and found a pair of dirty sports socks underneath the sofa bed along with some food. The bathroom had black hair on the floor, the closet doors were sticky had not been wiped down, we brought our small breed dog, and the pet amenities were not in the room as described. $250/night for a small room with a king bed and sofa plus $18 parking, $30 for a dog, this hotel did not meet up to our standards. We went out to walk the riverbank, which was also very dirty, we had 2 ppl roaming the sidewalk in front of our room that were causing a disturbance. The downtown area is not in good condition, it’s rather sketchy and not the safest area after dark.
