The Staff is Something I’ve never experienced before in My 15 years of traveling for Business. The Hotel in a Season where it’s cooler outside, kept their Facilities very cold, the room where we met for Conference felt like they Put the air on Antarctica, so unreal. From the moment I checked in I was treated like I was illiterate. Several times I in every nice way possible tried to explain I had a reservation through Hotels.com, in a very Short Snappy way, The Front desk Attendant while on phone said to me, ID Please. I assumed that she only needed that and everything would automatically pulled up. On my last Day of the shenanigans of this Hotel, I wanted to try their breakfast. At time of making my reservation I called this Hotel In October, they were overly nice on phone, explaining everything included, and stated a Breakfast voucher was. I guess somewhere along my 3 night stay that changed, so on Monday I decided to ask about after I watched 2 of my colleagues get one, once again very not informative, A different staff member says it’s $24, now I’m confused. And they did not explain at all. The last straw was I asked will I still get my One Key Cash rewards, the staff stated, I don’t know what that is and of course left my question unanswered. I was so ready to leave this establishment, I didn’t even bother to use their Shuttle to airport, I ordered A Lyft!!! Getting away from there quickly as possible. Never again, and Neither will my Future Clients or Colleagues as well.
