Não consegui nem entrar no local, da portaria eu fui dispensada com a justificativa de que minha reserva havia sido cancelada. Imagine vc chegar a noite, cansada e ter está frustração. Ter que procurar outro lugar para ficar sem o mínimo de consideração. Extremamente decepcionada.

Falta de comprometimento por interesses financeiro
Simplesmente cancelaram minha reserva, afinal de contas eu tinha reservado somente um dia (13 de outubro) e como era feriadão... Tive minha reserva cancelada. E mantive contato com o Hoteis.com e com a pousada, mas nada resolveram. A Pousada e a rede Hoteis.com me decepcionaram.
