No cable for days. And no smart TV’s in rooms
Nice hotel. Came for family event. So stayed for 4 days. Had to pay daily $20 for parking with no valet concierge service. 1st two days cable did not work. The TV’s were not smart TV to allow me to steam my own apps. Front desk told me I would have to get my own fire stick or Roko. We could not enjoy relaxing in our room. I had my senior mother who does not have smartphone so was forced to leave out the hotel to help entertain and pass time. No room comp for the inconvenience. Kept asking for manager. Was told he was not available(4 days) I was there.

Would not recommend
I was informed after coming back to an undone room after a long day that I had to request to have my room done. They never told me that at check-in. I thought we were done with that nonsense since COVID. The TV and Internet did not work until the night before my departure. Trash was left in the hallways. Showers had no place to hold your soap. Just all bare walls in the shower.

Warning…hotel has poor business practice
They charged my credit card twice for a refundable $100 security deposit and have only credited back one of them. It has now been almost 2 weeks since my stay concluded. I sent them an email and there has been no response. I now have had to dispute the $100 with my credit card company. Be forewarned about this poor business practice from this hotel. I had also seen another reviewer state a similar problem where this hotel did not return the $100 deposit at all.
