Rocky start
We were able to check in early for an additional cost. The heat was not working in our room the TV and light switches where off. We initially had to leave the living area light on in order to turn on TV and keep the fridge on. After contacting the desk they were able to resolve it. We also found a fork in the sofa when we arrived so they came and did an extra cleaning.

For the price we paid, you'd expect valet service, kind of a pain to park when you have dinner reservations within 30 minutes of checking in.

Beautiful vintage hotel.
Very cool vintage hotel. Rooms themselves were nice, updated. Beautiful lobby. Small room that had all of the essentials. The only negative thing was their heating system. The first room we went to was 92 degrees! We attempted to adjust the thermostat but when we came back later it was 91. We changed rooms, that too was hot (78) but we turned off heat and it stayed a comfortable 71 overnight. We were told the heating system is old and only goes on our off, the thermostat has no effect. Other than that it was a good experience. The front desk was very accommodating when we wanted to switch rooms.

Here for PC friars basketball game. We always stay at the Biltmore for the games. We love the hotel and the nostalgia of the old place. The only gripe we have is the heating system is horrible the rooms are either uncomfortably warm and hard to sleep in or freezing cold. I know it’s a big cost but I hope the inject some money into the hotel to replace the heating system with something more modern. Other than that it’s a great place.

How Hilton has their name in here is beyond me.
No bell service no coffee in room no valet parking. You either get Ac or heat. Our room was 78 degrees and heat could not be turned off.
The room wasn’t ready at 3 and I could not even register and come back when room was ready since it’s not their policy. Stood online three times.
Beautiful art deco design ruined by horrible service. Not guest centric at all. Hope Hilton restores some magic here. A few other guests complained about the same as we were leaving. Horrible experience and $500 a night. Never again.
