I would suggest having some type of line barrier avail upon check in. I walked up a got behind what seemed to be the end of the line and observed 2 other people come up and just get behind a person at the counter and where taken care of. I’m not a scene maker so I decided I would just leave a negative review. You’re taken care of to many guest to be concerned about a line. We need something that indicates line starts here.
