Great hotel. Nice staff. The breakfast was sub par. They were out of eggs, bacon, most of the fruit. None of the staff seemed concerned One coffee machine made very weak coffee and the other had a ball of hair in the dispenser.

Fantastic hotel in santiago
Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Santiago, the service was fantastic from start to finish. The room was big, very clean and excellent view and the roof top pool and bar wow! Area is fantastic aswell on the door step to some of the best parts of Santiago, we walked everywhere and felt incredibly safe.
