HIDDEN CHARGES! I paid in full for my room through hotels.com, but this dishonest place tacked on a secret $22 "resort fee"! There was no "resort"! I simply needed a place to sleep one night on a business trip. I called customer service and a rude, snippy woman gave me the runaround. Thankfully, hotels.com agreed to refund the money the hotel confiscated against my will. DO NOT STAT HERE!

Exceeded Expectations for the price!
We booked last minute and were looking for something reasonably priced with a small water park for the kids. The lobby was clean and beautifully decorated. The lady who checked us in was kind and inviting. Since it had been unusually hot we asked if the outdoor pool was open. It was not but she said she would request it be opened for us. By the time the kids were ready for the pool, it was on and unlocked. The room we got was upgraded from what we had reserved which was a pleasant surprise. My eight year old son was so impressed and said it was the nicest hotel he had ever been in. The rooms were beautifully renovated, the pools were clean and enjoyable. You can tell they go to great lengths to keep the facility clean. We will definitely be back!

I appreciated upon check in you receive a welcome letter and pamphlet with things to do, places to eat, entertainment options at reduced prices. But, most importantly to me was the fact that the general managers cell phone number was given which you can call 24 hrs a day if you have an issue. I found that unique and reassuring. Will definitely stay here again if we come thru that area again.

When we checked in the guy at the desk was very friendly. He advised us if we didn’t want maid service to place the do not disturb tag on our door. We did that but they still came in and made the beds. So that was a little concerning on why they still let themselves in to our room even though it said do not disturb. What if we were sleeping
