Good hotel but unprepared
Was a good hotel. But unfortunately I had booked 2 rooms for 3 guests each. I was charged for the additional 3rd guest in each room. But no sleeping arrangements were made for the additional paid guest. With ended up with the kids sleeping on the hard floor. Was refunded for the extra guest fee but at the end of the day it was still a very uncomfortable stay for my extra guests in each room. Then the AC leaked all over my iPad on the night stand.

Breakfast was disappointing
My family and I arrived early from the cruise ship. Our rooms were not ready, but that wasn't a problem because we were informed of this, and we were able to leave our bags and enjoyed some sight-seeing. My stay included breakfast, but was confused with the menu because not all items were included. I ended up skipping the beverage and when the food arrived, it appeared skimpy, and I felt dissatisfied with the experience and the food. My family in another room didn't have breakfast included, and their breakfast seemed more appealing. Most hotels that include breakfast provide a buffet breakfast, so I was initially surprised. With the cost of the room, it would be better, if all items on the menu be available, and eliminate extra fees. I was so displeased, I didn't return for breakfast again.

Lovely boutique hotel
The hotel was excellent, rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious, lovely rooftop pool area. Great location, close to the MRT but also walkable to many locations. Right next door to Lau Pa Sat hawker centre which is a bonus. Great service from Samantha and the team, thank you for looking after us.

First time in Singapore. QT was PERFECT for our family (8yo). Location, spacious room, rooftop pool, and the people made our stay fantastic. Definitely recommend for families and anyone visiting Singapore for the first time. Walking distance to pretty much everywhere we wanted to visit.

Good location for business.
Hotel is new so very clean, rooms were quite simple and small. As a light sleeper the light from the cracks in the curtains and housekeeper knocking on someone’s door at 6:30 was not ideal (not good sound or light proofing). The staff were lovely and the bar was the best bit (great bartender).
