This hotel is in the perfect location and near basically anything you’d want to visit in Porto! The room was very nice, clean, and well equipped, and the staff were all very friendly. This hotel is in the very heart of where you want to be in Porto. As with many hotels in busier European towns parking is challenging, but if you can unload/load your car just out front and to the right of the hotel, there is underground parking a short walk away. There is also more affordable above ground parking a 5 minute walk just past McDonalds ( I know) on the river.

Good hotel, spacious room, variety of choice at breakfast, helpful and courteous staff. Very convenient location close to the river. Practical point - road at front of hotel is very busy and noisy even with windows closed, so if you have trouble sleeping through traffic noise ask for a room not facing the road.

The stay has been terrific. The staff friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean and the hotel has a lovely bar for meeting and just relaxing. It is a great location. I love how quiet the rooms are in the evening. There was no one loudly talking in the hallways or banging doors at all hours of the evening. The breakfast was delicious and had so many different choices for any food palate. The only thing that I am disappointed in is the beds are too hard. I prefer a firm bed, not a hard bed. I wouldn't be able to sleep too many days in a row in the hard bed.

Great night here!
We did a quick overnite stay ahead of a boat cruise. Check in and out were easy, location was good, staff helpful and friendly, they held our bags for the day, and the all inclusive breakfast was fantastic!!!! Our only comment was the bathrooms were very small as two people needed to get ready at the same time and it was tight! Overall, great stay ofor our needs!
