Disappointed
Got there after 6 hours of holiday traffic at 3:25 and room was not ready and wouldn’t be for another half hour. 3pm check in.
Bathroom door stuck when closed. Wife got locked in. Light switches on outside of bathroom. Sink drained very slow.
Tenants above us were very noisy. We were on far end of hall and thought we were in a good low noise area. Would have been had it not been for above us.

Outdated, yet clean
We felt like this was the most outdated Hampton Inn we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was old and most of the chairs I saw had stains on them. Otherwise, It was clean and the service was very friendly and courteous.

The room had cobwebs on the wall and dirt on the tile floor in the bathroom, it looks like an old facility but appears they are trying to update some. The staff was very friendly.

Staff is GREAT. Friendly and helpful. The rooms could use a really good cleaning. I had to swap rooms because the first one the AC was broken. The first room was much like the second one. Both needed a good deep clean.

The property wasn’t the problem the problem is Expedia and the hotel charged me for the same room. And Expedia says since the hotel said they didn’t charge me which is clearly on my bank account there is nothing they can do because the room was nonrefundable I don’t want a refund for the room but I don’t want to pay twice for the same room either. I will not be booking the hotel or use Expedia again.

Friendly staff, very outdated and dirty hotel
The staff was very friendly but the room needs a serious deep clean. Sticky dirty carpet, dirty walls, breakfast wasn’t really anything good. The hotel needs updated.

The stay was very good. I had no problems with the Hampton Inn. My problem was with Hotel.com. For the second time in a row your ghost card was declined at check-in. I had to pay for the room again double charging my credit card. I am currently waiting on one of those charges to be refunded. I will not be using Hotel.com again in the future for booking reservations.

This is probably the best hotel to stay at in Ozark!
We were visiting family, and after a really bad stay at a nearby hotel we were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and caring customer service we received at the Hampton Inn.
There are definitely some issues with the facilities - AC wasn’t quite working in our first room… pool was out of service… but honestly the fantastic customer service and hot breakfasts in the mornings made up for it. Overall we were grateful to have a comfortable and pleasant stay for our last couple days in town.

Nice hotel with friendly staff
Friendly staff from check in to check out. The breakfast had plenty of choices and items were replenished as needed. The pool wAS UNUSABLE, and there was a tile missing in our bathroom-otherwise the property was in excellent condition.
