This hotel did not meet our expectations during our recent stay. While the hotel's location was convenient for Oktoberfest activities, the cleanliness of the room was a significant disappointment.
The room, which we booked through Expedia as a "large" room, was far from clean. Given the high rate we paid due to the festival, we anticipated a higher standard of cleanliness. However, the room was noticeably dirty, with visible stains and dust. The lack of adequate lighting made it difficult to get ready in the morning.
The bathroom was particularly concerning. The towels were worn, and the overall state of the bathroom was unsanitary. We felt compelled to wear shoes both before and after our showers. Our concerns about bed bugs were heightened due to the poor cleanliness.
While the hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was enjoyable, the cleanliness issues significantly impacted our stay. We ultimately decided to cut our stay short and relocate to Salzburg to ensure a more comfortable experience.
