I stayed at this hotel Less Than 3 weeks ago and it was pretty good so that's why I decided to come back for Christmas Eve and celebrate my birthday, when I checked in I was hit with an unexpected charge that was not either on their website or through hotels.com. the extra charge was $8 a night for parking. I don't mind paying for parking if that's what it requires, but what was so upsetting is that it was a hidden charge that was not known about until I checked in

But check in & hotel mgr was excellent esp helpful and aware how to respond to our special needs son. The break fast set up was fabulous!! In the Seattle area, a place known for coffee, there was mold in the water receptacle of the coffee maker in my room. Mold. You have to periodically clean those you know. Thoroughly, not just the outside of it. Disgusting. Sounds snarky, but your execs wouldn't drink it, why should your customers.
