The refurbished lobby is like a movie set, and the rooms are impeccaby well furnished. But the clincher reason for while I'll be back? The Lounge area: 1) personal, 1-1 check-in service, while relaxing at one of the tables and enjoying the view and a coffee: makes checking in a pleasure. 2) inclusive food and beverage offered throughout the day and evening: 3:00pm 'tea' service and morning breakfast were delicious and plentiful. 3) I had work to do while staying, and enjoyed using my PC there one afternoon. (The business center also looked excellent.)

This is the very first time I've been in a hotel room so poorly designed. The tiny, with NO Counter space, Bathroom sink is in the Bedroom next to the bed. My wife and I must use the bed to place our toiletries! The clothes "Closet" is just a rod next to the entrance door. No suitcase stand. No dresser drawers. Only one night stand or bed side table and it's placed in the wrong area. No writing desk. No room phone. You must use your own cell phone to call the front desk. My cell phone carrier is American; therefore, in order for me to call the front desk requires an International Phone Call. No a/c temperature control. Room lighting is placed in the wrong areas. The little table and chair is in the darkest corner of the room. Since the ceiling light is directly over your head, you'll see only shadows of your face when looking into the mirror. Only one ice machine (on the 4th floor) serves the entire building.
Good points: Firm bed - Large t.v. - Large Shower room w/tub.

Friendly, helpful staff. Very quiet. The room was spacious enough for my needs. The breakfast buffet was a mix of Western and Japanese food with many options.
Close to the train station and restaurants. 10 minute walk to the Messe.
Would stay again on future trips.
