Needs Soundproofing
My rating was okay primarily because the walls between units were very thin. You could hear muffled talking and television sets. If you are on the first floor, you can hear the people above you walking and putting stuff on the floor. With some soundproofing, would be a very good place. Also, chairs in rooms are kind of flimsy and uncomfortable.

Private and cozy
The room was small and cozy I loved the location it was pretty dark but in the morning it was as beautiful i didn’t take any pictures but nice and quiet ..
I did get locked out just one time but emergency service number was very accurate didnt have to keep calling they picked up right away the gentleman who answered and helped me get back in my room I will be booking for our next visit.
I like the contactless service but it would be nice to have an office to go to it was very cheap only because I went through an app that saved me a lot of money . I had a excellent stay here I do recommend this hotel if your looking for cheap hotel and want privacy this is the hotel for you… make sure you go through hotels.com my stay from Friday to Sunday I paid $197.

Baby quill in Sedona Hotel Full Refund required
The hotel room was cold we tried turning the heater on it would go on for a few minutes and then shut off no matter how high we turned it. We called for assistance the gentleman said he was out of town and there was no one to help us, he told us to try a couple things that didn’t work. He said he would give us our money back and we could try sticking it out for the night if we couldn’t find anywhere else to stay. Every hotel was booked all stores were closed because of the holiday so we couldn’t even buy a space heater. We put on extra clothes and blankets and left early in the morning because it was too cold.

You can't ask for much more for how inexpensive the stay is. The room was clean, the checkin process is very easy. The only thing that was unfortunate was that the jacuzzi wasnt warm but, again, for the price, excellent stay

This place is very good to spend a couple of nights. We had a little issues with communication, but hotels customer service helped and fixed it.
I would recommend anyone to contact the hotel 24 hours in advance just to make sure everything will be ready.
I would stay there again and totally recommend it

Small but adequate for overnight!
For the price in Sedona this is a great place for the night- I would not stay here longer than two nights at the most. Great location and really was wired but super small for too long of a stay. Sedona is great for being outside- they tried to have sitting areas outside but they were old and dated and I did not feel comfortable outside. The room was clean and bed was a little hard but definitely not bad. No room to have an easy chair to sit in, small table to work at and it was quiet so for this price you can’t beat it in Sedona!

Hot tub not heated.
The room was clean, we got a text by noon giving us the room number and code to enter at 3 p.m. No one is on the property to sign you in. The property advertises a hot pool and bathrobes, the hot tub wouldn't heat and no robes.
