It's almost like a hotel but you get a studio and most rooms have view in the front and rven back get plenty of light.

Decent enough for the price.

I stayed at a suite but it was across a bar. It was too loud and this was in the afternoon on a weekday. I requested to change rooms and luckily they found me one but a smaller room. The neighbors are noisy as well. The suite was an average of ₱2500 (discounted) then the standard room was I think ₱2200 per night. You would hear knocking and stomping all throughout the evening. They don’t offer cleaning services because it’s an apartment. I stayed at 212. It was quieter but you can still hear loud music. The room is good. Liquid soap and dish soap were empty. They have a stove but you’re not allowed to cook and no kettle because the apartments are fully booked. For the price, you can’t really complain.

Mas a Wi-Fi não funciona, nem para celular e nem computador, precisávamos trabalhar e tivemos que sair do hotel Segundo ponto é o barulho, a vida noturna na rua é agitada, o barulho ecoa no quarto! Não nos importamos com isso na hora de dormir, mas se alguém tem dificuldade, é o ponto a ser considerado

Um ambiente altamente barulhento ! Músicas horrorosas, tocando pela madrugada e chegando a tremer as janelas com o som estridente, tornando impossível o descanso. Com isso a imagem do estabelecimento em minha opinião, ficou muito ruim e com tudo isso a falta de respeito do proprietário para com os seus clientes é visível. Resumo: Primeira e última vez nesse lugar.

Minha estadia foi muito boa, sem nenhum problema e nenhuma dor de cabeça. A região é bem boêmia, o metrô é relativamente perto, mas não ao lado, mas nada que uma caminhadinha de 7 min não resolva. Única ressalva é que achei o corredor barulhento. Porém, de forma geral, super recomendo o espaço e voltaria a ficar lá.
