When I arrived at the property. The television was broken. I was not informed that it was broken before my arrival nornwas I informed the sla was under maintenance. After informing the manager she said there was nothing she can do about the broken TV. She informed her boss and he even said there was nothing they can do.
I feel like the hotel should have given us a percentage off of what I paid becuase we had amenities that were not working. Normally I would not watch TV but due to bad weather I wanted to stay in and watch tv and I could not do so. The hotel managers boss has terrible service and does not care about the customer. I will never stay here again. I also noticed we were not offered a welcome drink but another couple that showed up did receive welcome drink.
