Please update the furniture and curtains
The furniture and curtains are very old and badly soiled in both of our rooms. I asked to change rooms and the chair in the room was stained as well. I came to Milwaukee for my father’s funeral and found it very difficult to relax and prepare myself for the services. The gentleman at the desk found a leather chair in storage and replaced it for me.

The first room that we were put in was dirty, hadnt been vacuumed, trash had not been removed, there were dirty towels in the bathroom, and the carpet was wet. There were also clothes in the cabinet.

Great Value
This hotel offered great value for the money. The king suite was outstanding; we loved the separate living and sleeping spaces. My husband is something of an insomniac, and he could stay up and watch tv all night in the living room and not disturb me at all in the bedroom. We were there to visit my husband's two teenage children over the holidays and we could also comfortably entertain them in the living room for pizza, gift exchange and board games. All this and we paid less than we would have for a standard room at other comparable hotels in the area. It was conveniently located a short drive from many shopping and dining options. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and the little market in the lobby was a convenient amenity. We have a new go-to when visiting the kiddos. The only downside was that we wanted to try out the onsite restaurant but it had REALLY limited hours. Maybe next time.

Bringing in a new year!!!
The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Because it was the holidays some of the services were not available but that was okay. They allowed me and my family to use part of the lounge area to bring in food and drinks. Because that was a charge for the conference room and we did not plan ahead for that, so we kind of sat on in front of bar made a little buffet and talked and laughed and congregated with each other! We clean the area that we use leaving it the way that we found it! Because just what you do when you raise right! LOL this hotel is five stars for me it checked off every thing on our list they were very hospitable great customer service the bartender which I forgot his name he was awesome he conjured up some really good drinks for us we paid we just had a really good time! Thank you

No frills but comfortable beds
Simple stay for work. Nothing fancy, jacuzzi has been out of order. Bar is closed on mondays. Hotel is next to a fire house so expect the unexpected. I like to stay there because its close to my job site and I find the beds truly comfortable. I get a good night sleep and it feels safe enough.

Hotel had a bus of younger guest, lots of door slamming and loud talking the entire night so hardly got any sleep, finally went and took a nap in my car in the parking lot. Thin walls, could hear people in rooms around me talking. Bathroom could use a refresher
