Room was freezing cold when we arrived.
Tub and Shower water mixer was loose hitch made it hard to adjust the water temperature to warm. Basically a cool shower in a cold room.

Great rooms ! Priced right
Everything about the room exceeded my expectation. Would def stay again. Will be better when they have completed construction next door and have food in the building but the super friendly staff and value pricing more than make up for it.

Go during non family vocation peak time
The property was going through renovation so the driveway was a little muddy but thats not anyone's fault. However, we did check out one day prior to our original booking understanding we probably wont get our money back for that one day. Reason why we did that was because we were ppsced in a room between 2 families who know each other and their kids continued to scream and ran well into past midnights, with walls so thin that you hear your neighbors conversation, we weren't able to sleep and so we decided to check out early.

A somewhat satisfying experience
In reality the room looked much less attractive than what it seemed in the picture. The beds have numerous signs of wear and tear, the carpet looked a bit dirty, not sure if that was its true color. The room service was surprisingly disappointing. I found that the shampoo was empty before I even started to use. So I called to request a refill. That was on the evening. I made a call again later that evening after waiting for over an hour. But no body came. Then on the next afternoon I made the 3rd call and finally got it refilled. Not quite something one would expect from a "luxury" resort. Only good experiences were the spa and dining.
