Worst hotel stay ever!
There were roaches. For the money I spent, it was not worth it! The walls need to be painted. The floors were dirty. Hair as all over.

2/10 Poor

This hotel has been, without question, the worst experience I’ve ever had. The property looked appealing in the online photos, but in reality, it was filthy and infested with cockroaches. The smell of cigarette smoke and urine was pervasive throughout the building. After reporting the roaches (with video evidence) and the unpleasant odors to the front desk, I was offered a different room. However, even the receptionist found more roaches in the second room. When I asked to cancel the remainder of my four-day stay, I was told I would still be charged for one night, which I found unreasonable given the deceptive conditions and the serious health and safety concerns. It’s unimaginable that a guest would still be charged after such a distressing experience. Moreover, the hotel’s policy made no mention of tolerating filthy walls, cockroaches, or rooms reeking of cigarette smoke. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment. I have since filed a dispute with my bank.

Stayed here last minute with my husband to avoid sleeping on my in laws sofa and being uncomfortable. The place basically a prostitution shop. And a bunch of drug addicts roaming the property as well as hallways so much so they had to contract security guards. The guard told my husband that hated the traffic its not the safest place

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I can’t believe they can get away with charging as much as they do for this place. There are holes all over the walls, it smelled so strongly of cleaner that it was burning our lungs, floor was slimy, it’s super noisy, and there was some random voice speaking through a megaphone occasionally all night long outside. In a very rough area and felt very unsafe. The only thing good to say is that the bed was actually fairly comfortable. Long story short though, we tried to sleep there for a few hours and left early just to get away. Never going back.

Terrible Experience - Not Safe or Clean My stay at Hotel Brooklyn 369 was extremely disappointing. The room was filthy, with visible dirt and grime in several areas. The walls were covered in crayon and marker drawings, which made the place feel neglected. To make matters worse, the room was infested with insects, making it incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, as it clearly lacks basic cleanliness and maintenance. It’s not a safe or suitable place to stay, and I sincerely hope management takes action to address these serious
