Both new and very clean hotel, close to almost everywhere (groceries stores, big market Antalya shop center, 6 min far from tram station, restaurants …). The receptionist can speak English which is sooo rare in Turkey and the staff were warm and helpful.

Do not expect much.

The location of the hotel is very good. Its near the quite a few places to see and shop. The hotel recieption is quite good. Particularly Burak, who was very polite and helpful, and Betty too. But the worst thing about the hotel is the lack of cleaning. Our room in the 7 days that we were there, never got cleaned. In fact I never saw any of the rooms to be cleaned, even though the sign by the lift says, will be done every 2 days. Once I asked for it, some one came and just cleaned the bathroom. There is no bin in the room and no cups or tea or coffee, although there is a kettle. It seems, the rooms get cleaned befor the new guests arrive, and thats it. The breakfast is basic and the same every day. My verdict is, if you dont expect too much, and for the price, its ok.

The staff was very nice and very pro active. Our room's door was not functioning properly and wasn't locking. However, the receptionist fixed it very quickly. They also kept our baggage for half of the day after check out. The room had a fridge and kettle, also free tea from downstairs. Location is great just a couple of minutes walking to Antalya Mall.

Room could not be unlocked (lock defective) and water was dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom. After we changed rooms because of this we were given a room where the gueast from before smoked. In addition, the rooms were extremely dirty. From used toothpicks to countless hairs scattered around the room, as well as broken fixtures and a broken shower wall. Hotel is definitely not recommended!

An sich ist eine gute Unterkunft für den Preis. Gute Lage, kurzer Weg zum Center und in die City. Aber: laut, dass heißt lautes durchgehende Türknallen die ganze Nacht, schreiende Personal die ganze Nacht, Zimmerreinigung nachts. An Tag 2 kam im Bad in Strömen Wasser von der Decke. Auf Hinweis von uns sollte es erst an Tag 3 behoben werden. Beheben anscheinend am selben Tag. Aber ekelhaft er Kanalisationsgeruch. An Tag 4 dann den ganzen Tag und die ganze Nacht beisender Lösemittelgestank mit schlaflose Nacht, da auch dort zusätzlich, wie jeden Tag, lautes durchgehendes Turknallen, Geschrei, Zimmerputzen... Wer Ausschlafen, und überhaupt schlafen, möchte, sollte ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Yolculuk sırasında bir gün konaklamak için Kalispera'yı seçtik. Odaya girdiğimizde klozetin üzerinde ıslak bir bez yığını duruyordu ve banyo zemini & lavaboda kıllar vardı. Resepsiyona kibarca temizliğin yarıda bırakıldığını ve bezi almaları gerektiğini söyledik. Odaya geri geldiğimizde bez alınmıştı ama klozetin üzerindeki ıslaklık da lekeler de olduğu gibi duruyordu. Kısacası bu hatadan sonra utanıp tuvaleti temizlemeye bile zahmet etmemişler :) Yatağı açtığımızda yastık kılıflarının da lekeli olduğunu gördük. Oda genel olarak dışardan temiz görünse de hijyene hiç önem verilmediği belli. Bir gece için bile olsa tavsiye etmem
