8/10 Very good

Great Service, but Needs Better Room Soundproofing
Pros: Amazing service—concierges were very helpful and attentive. Our room had a nice view of Tokyo Tower, and they provided a decent coffee machine (Nespresso). There’s also a Lawson store in the basement of the hotel.
Cons: Avoid staying here during peak seasons! It was extremely noisy during our visit for New Year’s due to a concert happening outside. Even on quieter days, this area has many luxury cars that rev loudly, and the noise can be heard clearly. We had trouble sleeping because it felt like the windows were open, even though they weren’t. The soundproofing in the hotel doesn’t seem to be great, possibly because the area is usually quiet (just an assumption). The window blinds were outdated, and you had to keep pulling a string until they reached the top of the window. Additionally, the rooms felt a bit outdated overall. There are also very few food options in the area (unless you are ok paying $$$ or for cheaper options the food is soso), and not much to do besides visiting TeamLab Borderless.
Overall, I feel like you’re paying more so for the Tokyo Tower view and good service.
