There is only only one thing that I didn't find to be acceptable: I am an early-riser and have a cup of coffee when I'm at home each morning while I go through my emails, etc. (not a caffeine freak--just love the warm cup each morning). I made coffee in my hotel room each morning before the dining room opened, and enjoyed sitting on my balcony watching the workers very meticulously clean the pool and grounds area. When the coffee pods/sugar packets ran out, the maid said she couldn't give me any more because they only re-stock them every nine days. I was tryng to understand her Spanish, so she may have meant every 7 days.They also didn't supply creamer, powdered or otherwise. I didn't use any of the in-room alcohol, so I was a "cheap date". I had only one cup of coffee a day, so I didn't use the packets exessively...just one a day. For the price I paid to stay there, I would think they would keep the coffee supplied. I am sure there were other visitors who never touched the in-room coffee, so I know they weren't in short supply.

What a great beach and swim area, food is good, well maintained, maintenance is doing things every morning keeping the place nice. Only thing I did not like is the rock hard beds and they could use more elevators

The hotel was fantastic. The food was really good. All of the staff were very pleasant. We did NOT enjoy the room though. We were on the first floor facing the Antillies hotel. We heard every delivery backing down the driveway, everyone walking through the halls ( there is a horrible echo in the hallways) Every dumpster removal at 5:30 AM and a new one dropped off at 6AM. I felt like i was back home in New York City. There was a huge balcony from our room, but no chairs. The bed was not comfortable. The cleaning staff were very good though. They took care of making up the room and restocking anything. We will most likely go back to this hotel, But I would definitely go with a pool view.

Great location! The beach is beautiful. Trying to reserve a cabana was difficult. Trying to reserve a restaurant was impossible so we didn't get to experience the 5 restaurants on the resort, just the main buffet. The on site nightclub opened at 11pm and closed on Sundays so we didn't get to experience nightlife, except one night at their Neon party.

Overall the property was amazingly beautiful. The only issue we had was with room service. The minibar was never restocked until the last full day we were there. We had to keep putting in requests to get water and soda for the minibar. The requests were getting completed but we never received the items. We went to the front desk one night and were told someone would bring it up to us. That never happened. The next day we requested the minibar to get restocked again, once again the requests got accepted and completed but we never received the items. We also called down to the front desk to request the restock. Still nothing. We finally went back down to the front desk and explained to them what was going on. They put in a request as well. That night we finally got water but no soda. The next day and only day, the minibar was fully restocked.
