Rather disappointed in this stay. We have been here before and this time the breakfast buffet wasn't well stocked and it was obvious there just wasn't enough employees to keep it stocked. It's a sad situation in this country that the CEO makes bonuses sometimes in the millions,yet they cut everyday employees that run the show that makes the consumers happy. Also we wanted an ocean front room and paid extra for it only to find no chairs on the balcony to sit on. That's the joy of going to the ocean. Sitting on the balcony in the morning drinking coffee watching the sunrise and in the evening watching the sunset. We will not be returning here ever again!

Highly recommend!
We had a beautiful balcony view of the ocean which included 2 outdoor chairs & a table to relax. The room was spacious & very clean. Our kids loved the bunk beds & the gaming setup! The bathroom included everything we needed & more. The food at the restaurant was delicious! We enjoyed swimming in the pool & using the hot tub since the ocean was really cold.

Poor
Not a good stay. I’ve stayed here a few times before and it was nice this time was disappointing. Front desk was not nice, would not check me in early and was just rude. The hotel was not clean as usual. The repairs from the storm was paused I was only informed when I called back to ask after reading a review. It was not mentioned in the reservation at all. Overall a big disappointment and probably will not stay there again.

Not as satisfied as before
We always stay here when we are in Daytona but not having pool access was disappointing. Also upon arrival we had a long drive and try to have a early check in in which we requested prior the morning the front desk stated there were no availability then 2 hours later I called and the next shift gentleman offer another room which was perfect since we were driving around for hours. Then wanted to shower and the wash gel and shampoo were empty and were never filled. So not the normal satisfying visit as before. Disappointed since it was our anniversary celebration.

Arrived at 8pm . Got to our room only to find the pool was u def maintenance and supposedly has been for the past two years , our room had no ac so we had to be move from our ocean view to a side city view no discount was even offered . Not what I expected
Very disappointed in check-in. Check-in time was listed as 3:00 pm but when we tried to check in at 4:00, there were no rooms available. We had to wait until after 5:00 to check in. There was no microwave in the room, only a tiny mini-fridge and individual coffee maker. The "hot" breakfast was a joke and the "bar/lounge" was a tiny little counter behind the check in counter. The description of this place is very misleading.

It was okay but a little high priced
I had an OK stay, once I got into the room I had a bunch of stuff I wanted to put in the fridge, and the fridge did not work. Every time you flush the toilet, the toilet would make a high-pitched noise lasting up to a couple minutes afterwards. The room definitely could use a better cleaning. My bed was very comfortable, and the view was absolutely beautiful to the ocean.

Horrible stay at Hyatt Place Daytona Beach Shores.
Hotel was very unorganized. We arrive to get our room three hours after check.In time, and we're told we would have to wait along with several other couples in additional hour and a half to get our room at eight thirty p m. Then they assigned us a room. We went up to it and the maintenance sky was in there, working on the ac and said it was broke, so we'd have to go back downstairs and get a different room. Then we waited more to get a sign to a new room and were given keys that didn't work Came down and got the new keys went back up to the room, and it was very humid. The floor was wet near air conditioner and there was debris on the desk right under the ac.Vent. room did not have hair dryer. Heavy Shower Door was off hinges. Balcony had no chairs. A solid concrete wall instead of a railing, the pool, his under construction and closed off.There is a parking lot in the back.As the oceanfront view from your room and there is absolutely no beach here.It is a seawall. Would highly recommend avoiding this hotel! We will never stay again.

Granted we came during a hurricane evacuation. But coffee was only during breakfast and not offered in the lobby or water like other hotels we stayed at. Also, false alarms went several times one night but no one said they were false. Fridge in room not cold and no microwave in room either

Terrible experiencia, la piscina no funcionaba, no tenía acceso a la piscina, sucia la habitación ,sin aire acondicionado el pasillo donde estaba mi habitación,de paso tenía mi perro de servicio y me cobraron el fee la cual no debieron me comuniqué con ellos y recibí una atención sin educación no recomiendo para nada este hotel bueno si a esto se le puede llamar hotel
