Not worth the price
Didn’t have rooms ready by check in, they should make up for it with a late check out or something, only one elevator working in our tower, bathrobes not in our room even with late check in and even when we asked they didn’t have anymore, EV charging price is outrageous and predatory, sinks weren’t draining well and old, gym is extremely dated feels like in the early eighties with the room and lighting. Check in process seems crazy long at 4pm and waited for 30 minutes to be told room not ready and when room was ready was told to budge in front of everyone but of course with the long line ppl think you are budging, they need a separate area for that I ended up lining up again

A Nice Get-a-Way
The resort was beautifully decorated for Christmas!!! It sparkled. The room was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The Hot Springs were not as hot as we had hoped, so we are unlikely to return. Check in at 4:00 took a very long time, but the staff were cheerful and helpful.We encountered an issue with the EV charging - it's VERY expensive. EV car owners - know this before you plug in. After several emails and phone calls, the Hotel staff rectified the situation. Special thank you to Jason at the front desk.

Great trip back in time to an Iconic grand hotel!
The property was great. It’s such a unique and iconic facility and location. The town of Harrison Hot Springs was all decked out for Christmas. It was amazing! The hotel as always has one of the most amazing setting and it’s mineral hot springs pools are fabulous.
