Was a good room, only problem I had was I booked a handicap room with a roll in shower due to walking problems, got a room with a tub which was difficult for me to get into DESPITE the grab bars. Other than that it was a very nice room.

Budget-Friendly Clean Basic Room
The room was as expected! This was a grwat cost effective way to our family to do dollywood! The room was clean. The breakfast was good. We appreciated the microwave and fridge in the room. Walking distance to dennys for a late night snack. Overall this was a no frills motel style(doors to outside) room that was clean and comfortable and very budget friendly!

The dining area for breakfast was too small. It could not accommodate all of the guests. Some people had no where to sit. The TVs were not smart and the kids couldn’t use their gaming system. Although I had no problem with that, it was a family vacation. The staff was very attentive to our needs, friendly, and professional.

Room was clean and smelled good. The water to the shower wouldnt come out the spigot for the tub but that wont a big deal. The ac/heat was really loud but once asleep was no big deal. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was better than expected

For the budget friendly. Room was good except for being on 3rd floor and only one elevator and our room was at opposite end of building. Making us use stairs. Not great for people with walking issues. Great area, lots to see and do. Restaurants all within minutes.
