I was overlooking a construction site. Cheapest, closest place to stay at $152 total a night. People up yelling and babies and kids crying or running up and down the hall all night off and on. I was very thankful that they were not housing the homeless, as I had encountered with my stay at Woodspring last year. The facility was neat, rooms could have been cleaned better. There was a think layer of dust behind furniture and very moldy eat cushions on the chairs. Some furniture and water fixtures could be updated. Bed was clean.

RUN FAR AND FAST AWAY! This place is horrible. The room smelled like mildew. Room was very hot when we checked in, AC did not work well. It took hours to get cold. The floor was dirty, there were items from previous people left in room. There were used Pasties that someone placed on lamps between the beds.

Property is old and dated. It was clean and in an ok area but pool was closed i got the feeling that the owners are cost cutting. It is decent value. I would prefer not to stay there again but if nothing else is available or too expensive i would stay there but it is not my first choice
