Hotels price gouging for parking 😤
It’s a nice hotel that’s out of the with minimal foot and vehicle traffic and right by the airport. The staff is friendly, the price was okay but not happy about the price of parking per night at $40 that’s why the 3 stars for the overall stay.

Overnight stay near airport
Fine for one-night stay before early flight next day. Friendly and helpful staff. We were able to walk fairly easily to terminal although shuttle does run every hour. Only complaint was very loud band playing in restaurant until 10pm which we could hear clearly through our window. Will know next time to request a room that doesn't face pool/courtyard area.

Great Spot for Us
This was a bucket list trip for me. I had never been to Pearl Harbor and it was close to everything I wanted to see. The staff was friendly. We had booked two rooms and my flight was delayed so when we got there our rooms weren't together. The lady at the front desk suggested we put our luggage in ly daughters room and go start out tour of Pearl. My daughters flight from another city wasnt delayed so she go there before me. I got a call just as I was about to climb up to the surrender deck of the USS Missouri telling me my room was ready and it was right next to my daughters. The only negative was I had paid for my breakfast when I made the reservations and it took her a bit to sort that out. And the seemingly endless "fees" that apparently are common in Hawaii. $40 a night to park a rental car when Im already renting 2 rooms for 3 nights, really? Oh well, the trip was great and som wonderful memories made with my adult kiddos.

Pleasantly impressed
We had joint rooms with my daughter and her friend which made it so convenient. Whenever we had called for more towels or soaps it would be delivered almost immediately. This was my second time staying here and I would do so again. My only complaint is the parking fee per night. We have no choice because there is no street parking really close by.

2nd stay here in a year, sadly disappointed
Clean room and comfortable baed. Convenient for the proximity to the airport and the free transfer. But note that the transfer is only once per hour and this hotel is not the first pick up for the airport (this service is done by outside transfer company). When we got on for the 9am transfer, there were no seats left and barely any space for luggage. It was a tight and unsafe raide to the airport for the 12 of us who boarded at our hotel. There is a most unpleasant receptionist who never even looked up from her computer checking us in, and charged us USD37 for "amenity fee". This is our 2nd stay in a year and this was not done before. For what is this fee?! It was a blatant forced tip for the hotel as a whole as far as we can fathom. We will not return.

Don’t get put into the tower!!
Didn’t get to stay at the main part of the hotel, I was put into the tower in back. It look old and outdated. When me and my family go in to the room it had a bad odor, look like there was dried old blood on the floor. The best thing was the WiFi to help me book another hotel room. My other family stayed at the main hotel part and they said it was really nice and comfortable. My advice is stay in the main part of this hotel!! But I had several more charges added on that I had to call the hotel back and dispute still waiting to see if I get my refund!!!

Great Property for Overnight Stay
This is our go to hotel for a quick trip as we are looking just for a place to stay overnight. It doesn't offer a lot of amenities but it's enough for overnight. The downfall is the parking, it's not only pricey but we should up later in the evening and there was no parking.

Just a layover for the night before continued on west from Hawaii. The lady, Suzanne, who answered the phone for the free shuttle service was extremely helpful, both shuttle drivers were great. Another Suzanne at the front desk was lovely. Bartender gave great service and they all reccomended a quick walk to a sushi place that was very reasonable and great quality. Super close to Honolulu airport and a great and convenient place to spend a night during your travels.
