You get what you pay for
Even though it was non smoking it had that same smell. It was essentially bad in the hallway and the room. I’ll never go back.

The staff was friendly. There was a Culver’s across the parking lot which was nice. Our room reeked and we had to switch rooms. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient. The breakfast was only toast, bagels and cereal/oatmeal. Not waffles like in the pictures. The hotel itself was old and needed updating. We will stay elsewhere next time.

Horrible experience
Travel experience from getting picked up from the airport was horrible and sitting outside waiting for the shuttle for 45 mins then calling the front desk and getting put on hold 3 times then I called again and the front desk answered and said how can help and I told him Ive been on hold for 3 times and all I wanted to know was where was the shuttle and he told me you should of called when you landed which excuse me I did call and you put me on hold 3 times telling me that I had to call which I did. Time passes and still no shuttle and I have my mom and 3 kids waiting at night outside for the shuttle. I called again he said from the time I call it takes 15 mins. Then he hung up the phone. I finally got picked up and then checked in and he didnt explain anything on the stay and had me sign and take a payment thats it while the couple before us Got a whole explanation of the stay. I get to the room and the bed was sunked in the middle like it was broken I just didnt have time to say anything until the morning I talked to a lady she was very nice and heard my concern but still Doesnt make it right what happened the night I landed. I would not be staying there again and the room is very dated and needs to be remodeled.

If you can avoid it, AVOID IT!
The sheets, carpet, walls and curtains were dirty. We asked them to replace the towels and sheets which they did. The park is horrible and the parking lot is even worse!

Charge for parking. Clean inside. Smells nice.
Decor, furniture, carpet worn but all extremely clean and place smelled nice. BEWARE if using the shuttle they charge $15 a night for parking if you are not staying. This should be included in descriptions. Parking lot horrible pot holes etc.

Watered down stay
First and foremost, I did not like that. I couldn't quite understand what was going on or being said, half the time. Also every machine I used took my money, the snack machine, the washer, and the dryer. I had to wringe my clothes out the washer by hand with water, still in the washing machine. No one offered to help or anything. I also felt as if I was singled out because I was continually asked are you with someone by staff? I didn't understand what difference did it make if I was alone or with an companion. It was only me and my grandson. And it was uh pretty scary 3 nights.
