Hotel very clean and great food! Just Friends at the Park was AMAZING!!!! The secured always went the extra mile to help when the other staff wouldn’t make an effort. Rooms, no water, bed was comfortable, but TV didn’t work and air conditioning wasn’t the best … but all in all a very good experience.

Bad first impression.
I was unhappy about the front desk service upon arriving to the hotel. They had 4 people in the front desk. Each one separately finished with their customer and did not acknowledge the customers in line. Instead they looked down at their screens for a bit. One completely ignored the line after she was done with the screen. We stood there unsure whether to walk up to the counter or to continue waiting while all 4 attendants ignored us. It was about 5 minutes before we were attended. Then the clerk had a rude tone. I felt like I was being scolded when she warned me that my credit card was going to be charged if there were any damages.

Great location
This hotel/casino is in a great location. Directly across from T-Mobile arena, there is a bridge to access the other side of the strip to get to the Hard Rock, MGM Grand etc. whatever direction you decide to take it’s an ideal location. There is also a free tram that will take you to the Aria, Cosmo, Vdara, Shops of Crystals from the Park MGM.

The room is not well maintained. There stains on the walls by the washrooms. No fridge to keep drinks cold. There is a weird sound when using the washroom sink from the drain. I can hear tv and conversations next room. I used electronic check in but had to wait for 40 Minutes to get a room while others who were in line got assigned a room Right away. If they have electronic check in option someone should be dedicated to help those customers too that opted to use it. I had to send a message to the hotel and after 5 mins that is when i got a room. Best part of the hotel is Eataly where there are amazing choices of food.

Park MGM is the only hotel on the strip that is fully non smoking & you can tell! Going from NYC NYC to Park MGM is a relief in air quality. It is more geared toward adults, there is really nothing there for small kids aside from the clean air. I was offered a room upgrade which I got and the room was about 700 Sq Ft so was great to have the extra space. The water pressure in the shower is unbeatable! Not a huge fan of red walls, but whatever.
