Dirty and noisy stay
They are remodeling the hotel so there is a lot of dust and noise everywhere at any time and there are a lot of bugs (cockroaches). Also the contractors are using the same elevator than hosts and they carry up their tools full of dust

The property is currently under MAJOR renovations! Front Desk informed us that they will be complete in November 2024. Until then, i would recommend this property for only a one night stay, as we did. The reservation price did seem to reflect the inconvenience of the construction. The room itself was clean and comfortable.
Front desk staff were absolutely great!

Under remodeling
There's remodeling work and the hotel is a mess. Noisy, dirt in the elevators and lobby, room was clean though. It was a bit scary on the way to the room seeing all the work being done. The hotel should be closed until work is finished, otherwise it's just an unpleasant experience

Should specify how much construction is going on. The key cards didnt work and needed to ask front desk to be opening the door. The hallway and elevator smells bad.

I was in town for work for the night. The property was not as advertised in pictures or description. It is under construction. There was absolutely no AC on first floor/lobby. There was no gym, pool, WiFi or parking as advertised. There wasn’t even a working ice machine. To top things off I was welcome by roaches both dead and alive in my room.
