King room ordered was t available , had 2 twin beds, gave us 2 free apps and 2 free drinks for the trouble. We ended up not going to dragos to get the chargrilled oysters we wanted all week because of the free drink and app vouchers. Upon getting check am told that their system is down and they cannot accept their own vouchers. So had to pay for the apps and drinks didn’t really want. Ordered pizza delivery at night, waited in lobby 20+ minutes, no elevators working. Had to use staff elevator in back. We awoke to fire alarms going off to at 8am making everyone evacuate. We are on 15th floor and had to take stairs down. Get to crowded lobby and no staff knows what’s going on. People eating breakfast as if nothing wrong, Go back to room to pack up, only 1 elevator in service, had to take stairs m down again 15 floors. Check out and ask if they could at least validate our parking for ALL the issues had. They said they have nothing to do with the parking garage but they could give me ANOTHER 2 unusable vouchers. Terrible experience, I have a place they can put put those vouchers. 😂
